FIL is diabetic and I'm looking for a really good sugar free dessert recipe to bring over on Thanksgiving! Any ideas? TIA!

My dad is diabetic and I make an apple crisp for him this time of year. It's really good. I use Splenda for baking.

How about an angel food cake? My grandfather was a diabetic - and I used to make them for him all the time - they can't eat the whole thing - but I think it's OK for diabetics!

Re: Sugar Free Desserts?
You can make a trifle with angel food cake and SF pudding with fresh berries.
make a mousse pie with SF jello, low-fat yogurt and SF cool whip. Recipe can be found on the back of the reduced fat keebler graham pie crust. that recipe make a key lime pie but you could change out the flavors for ANY matching jello/yogurt combo. It also happens to be 3pts a slice on WW
