Suggestions for nice/trendy restaurants & bars/clubs in NYC
My friend is planning a bachelorette party in NYC and just need some suggestions for fun places!
We want to start out somewhere to get drinks/appetizers and then head to a lounge/bar...thanks

I loved Dip, didn't like Sugar so much.
It seemed to be all people of Asian decent when I was there- not that it was bad, but I felt like I was intruding on some kind of private club.
(ETA- this was about 3 years ago, so it may have changed... I think it was still pretty new at the time- but I could be wrong)
