suggestions needed: yoga vidoe
I want to start doing yoga in the morning but don't know what video to get. Does anyone have one that they love and is also good for beginners? I've never done yoga but want to start. thanks!!

i have one called " yoga for dummies"- LOL i like it, its a really good beginning one, pretty easy and you feel great afterwards. all nice and stretched out. i got it at target...

Well - I don't know if its specifically for beginners - But it was my first video after a class or two at the gym.
I absolutly love it - and I highly recommend:
Bryan Kest's Power Yoga.
