Suit for communion
Went looking for DS's suit for communion today. Why is it do hard to find a navy suit? I found one for $250. Not spending that for a one time wearing. Is a
Black the new norm?

I ended up at Lord and Taylor! I am NOT a fan of a black suit, unless you are getting married or are an undertaker.
At L&T, I was able to buy a suit in separates, in navy, which was great because he wore a bigger size jacket (12) than pants (8). And then the jacket he wore the next year or two as a navy blazer with khaki pants when he had to wear something a little dressy.

I got mine last year at Charolettes Kids. Selection wasn't huge but they had a rank of decent priced suits with shirts and ties and then a rank of higher priced suits. Many were navy.

Suit for communion
This will sound really cheesy, but I bought a suit on Ebay. my son at the time was a true size 8 top and bottom and it fit him perfectly. I just could not see spending so much on a suit he will grow out of in a few short months. I paid $50.

Suit for communion
Don't know where your locating but the local Men's suit shop by us does a communion package for 99.00 which includes blue or black suit, white shirt, white tie and communion arm band. Also includes alterations.

Definitely Sears. I bought a suit for my son this time last year and suit and shirt/tie was less than $60.

We rented my sons suit from Mens Warehouse. Came with shoes, socks, shirt, pants,belt, jacket. I didn't want to buy a suit cause I knew he would only get one use out of it.

I ended up at a local children's boutique store. Got a beautiful navy 3 piece suit for $89. I am thrilled.
