Suits
If you wear suits to work daily what do you wear inside during colder months? I have a lot of shells for summer and hate button downs cause they need to be ironed. Any suggestions?

I'm in the same boat! I can't stand ironing and try to avoid the button-down shirts. I've been trying to find long-sleeved tops/blouses, but I can seem to find only very thin ones or those that are only 3/4 sleeved.

I usually wear lightweight, sweaters (crew neck or turtleneck)

Jones NY has nice no-iron button downs. I wear them with trousers since I rarely wear suits to work.

I never really take my jacket off when I wear pants ......so usually a cami even in winter.
But 90% of the time I'm wearing a dress - again, usually keep my jacket on.

Also do you button your suit jacket? I never do so a Cami wouldn't work.

No - never cold.
I usually wear a sheath with a suit jacked over it. IMO it's just the easiest option.
Or, i'll wear a wrap dress or something business appropriate that I don't have to wear a jacket with.
If I can wear black tights I do, otherwise, I go bare leg and wear my fleece leggings under my dress for the NYC commute.
