I don't have the pricing, but check the YMCA, their camp looks great. We have taken a few classes there and were always happy. I remember when they sent me the pamphlet the prices were reasonable, but I don't remember what they were

st. johns in huntignton has a preschool camp program
also west hills day camp has a toddler program
