Summer dresses with winter booties? Is this a thing now?
Saw this twice already today. Is this a new trend?
Personally I think it looks odd but....what do I know right?

I've seen this too and I think it looks dumb.
I guess it's helpful if you're overdue for a pedicure though!

Yes. I attended a conference recently and this is what a lot of them were wearing. And they were from hot climate states. And we were in New Orleans. I can see this in fall, but for the heat of the summer, my feet are uncomfortable just thinking about it.
