spinach salad...
baby spinach
craisens
walnuts
mandarin oranges
low fat feta
low fat greek dressing
AMAZING! enjoy!

1 can cannellini beans
1 can kidney beans
1 can garbanzo beans
1/2 red onion chopped
2 ribs celery chopped
1 green/red pepper diced
fresh basil & oregano
Oil & Vinegar, salt & pepper to taste
