Take some ibuprofen for the pain, and try some aloe that has been in the fridge for a couple of hours or a cool not cold bath with about 2-3 cups of milk in it. The ibuprofen will help a lot or any stronger pain reliever will work. I took Aleve pm to help me sleep or take 2 tylenol pm and 2 ibuprofen. Good luck and drink some juice, and water.

I would take Tylenol and put a LOT of aloe or lotion with aloe on your legs. I am sorry Chat Icon I have had sun poisening many times and I know how brutal it is! one of the times I went to Jamaica I got so burned that I couldn't sleep Chat Icon

definitely use aloe vera after you store it in the fridge for a little while - it is so soothing

Vinegar! I used this last week and the pain went away after a few minutes.

vinegar or noxema works wonders!!

The only problem with vinegar is you smell like a salad.

banana boat has after sun lotion, I use it for sunburns and it it very nice. Use it about four times a day. Also it smell good, aloe cream always smells funny to me.
