Sunrooms/Four Season Rooms
Anyone put one of these in? I want or maybe want to put in a 4 season sunroom.
Slim chance but anyone put in a sunroom and addition and notice a different tax structure for the sunroom versus the additon??
Also, how do you like your sunroom?

We were looking at a sunroom and the price of the sunroom itself was about 3 times the amount we spent on a small addition to the back of the house. I am not sure about the taxes yet.

The room behind my dining room used to be a sunroom which the previous owners turned into a all season room when they put the kitchen extention on the house. We haven't done anything with this room yet, it will probably be a playroom once we have kids. We are currently going through a tax reassesment, so I don't really know what the tax implications are.
