Super-easy quick chicken dinner!
Ingredients:
6 chicken breasts
1 bottle herb and garlic marinade (I used Ken's but Lawry's makes a good one too)
1 16-oz bag frozen broccoli florets
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Put chicken breasts in a 13x9 pan (I cut them in half for easy serving but you can bake them whole). Cover with the entire bottle of marinade and cook for 20-25 minutes. In the meantime, defrost broccoli florets and chop them into smaller pieces. When chicken is almost done, cover with broccoli florets and shredded cheese, and turn broiler on high. Broil dish for 2-4 minutes until cheese melts and gets slightly brown 
Even my DS, who is slightly picky when it comes to meats, loved this!
