does anyone know when this one will open? and do they do actual cooking classes there?

From what I read they don't offer cooking classes to teach you how to cook.
I don't know when they will be open, but I just got an email from the West Islip location that they are opening January 25th! The 101 class with the free entree is still available for the 26th. Too bad I have to work :(
