what will you ladies be wearing on superintendents conference day?

We have dept polos, I usually wear that with a khaki or black pant or capri depending on weather. We have teachers who wear sweats, some who still dress up but the polo/khaki combo seems to be a nice medium.

Navy blue polo and madras skirt. Wondering if I can get away with 'nice' flip flops, but will probably go with wedges.

brown capris with a nice top.... my district is pretty professional in terms of dress so i don't want to dress to casually.
will dress up more on Wednesday.
