suppliments
I never got to my true OB appointment when I was pregnant since everything looked bad from my first appt. But I had a bunch of questions about supplements...
Other than prenatals do you take any extra suppliments? I never knew that TOO MUCH of something could be bad too so I didn't want to take the wrong thing.
Do you take anything?

I just take the prenatal vitamin. Nothing else was ever mentioned to me by my ob.

my RE had my on 2 different supplements.. but you have to be careful with them.. i would ask your OB and he can tell you what to take!!

Im taking the One a Day prenatal with the DHA supplement. My doctor told me to keep taking it. She said I could have even continued to take the one the was prescribed to me but I decided to go back to the one a day because taking the Rx one was just a bad memory

before i was taking the prenat with the DHA supplement but i only take the prenat right now cuz the gel DHA pill always makes me feel like crap!
