Support groups?

I went back to my therapist today for the first time in a LONG time. Everything I'm going through lately with my PCOS/IR diagnosis has made me very depressed. She suggested that I look into a support group for PCOS (or infertility) that meets in person to talk face to face. I really liked the idea. Does anyone belong to such a group, and if so, how do I go about finding one?
