supposed to start clomid, and
supposed to start tonight,doing days 5-9, and DH jsut found out he has to be away form day 10-13. will be back day 13 at night. now not sure if should go ahead or wait a month. i really really wanted to start. how long after last pill do you usually ovulate?

I always ovulated very late (I took Clomid CD3-7) and always ovulated around CD21-23. My Dr. said generally you would get a +OPK around 10 days after taking the 1st pill, but everyone is different.

I would not worry about that at all...You aren't going to ovulate until at least CD14/15 and even that probably won't happen.
Most people don't ovulate until after CD17 on Clomid.

i tend to be an early ovulater- usually day 12,13, but my doc told me clomid will delay ovulation. this is true, right?

It will definitely delay ovulation...the purpose of Clomid in someone who does ovulate is to create a bigger, stronger follicle - which takes longer to grow.
Take the Clomid and start testing after CD13.
