Sushi lovers?
What can we eat when we go for sushi? I realize everything's got to be cooked. Are california rolls ok? What about eel? Can the fish be smoked?
I know we're safe with shrimp tempura rolls.
Any suggestions?

Re: Sushi lovers?
I usually get california rolls (the crab meat is cooked) and veggie rolls. Stuff with cook shrimp is OK too. Anther thing I like which is actually a beef roll is negimaki (sp?).

Re: Sushi lovers?
I've had smoked salmon, eel tempura, shrimp tempura, and california rolls.
My rule during pregnancy is that it must be cooked/smoked and from a reputable restaurant. And no more than 2 meals of fish/seafood per week.

Re: Sushi lovers?
Well I found this thread. I cant take this no sushi thing! Well I know cooked is ok so can we make a list of the cooked sushi rolls? I only got "into" sushi a year or so ago so I dont really know what ingredients are in what. I only got Philadelphia and spicy tuna rolls.
