I live for Nagahama!
You should try Midori in Hewlett - it's really good!
Also, Moka or is it Moca ... right next to Marinara is good too!

Re: Sushi Restaurants
Tai Show in Massapequa usually gets rave reviews. There is another place on Merrick Road in Wantagh, just east of the Wantagh Parkway that is really good too. The Thai place, Green Leaf by the Sunrise Mall is awesome also.
I know you said Nassau, but Kotobuki in Babylon is the best. There is always a huge wait though. Most people put their name and phone number on the list when they get there, then go to the bar next door to wait.

I could go to Nagahama 4 times a week!!
I was thinking about trying Midori, but the online menu doesn't show a lot of sushi... Now I'll def try it out!
I didn't love Moca the one time I went.. maybe I need to give it another shot...
THANKS!!

Oh definitely go to Midori! It's delish.
My favorite is the "out of control roll" with tuna (you can have tuna, salmon, or yellowtail on top).
We also always get the baked mussels (YUM!), edamame of course, and try the Mochi for dessert!
Moca I didn't like the first time either... but I went right after they opened. I think they'd upped their game a little! They have a yellowtail appetizer that's to die for!

Re: Sushi Restaurants
Rock N Sake in Port Washington is awesome. It has a really manhatten ambiance and a TON of rolls and appetizers. You won't be disappointed. DH and I go there about twice a month and love it!

Re: Sushi Restaurants
Kotobuki has two suffolk locations AND their Nassau location is in Roslyn. Best sushi on long island. Just as good as Nobu but less expensive and more for the money.
