Sweating at night...normal???
The past couple of nights I have been waking up sweating to the point that it is hard for me to fall back asleep. I'm usually freezing. My DH says that it is not hot in our room. I'm only about 5 weeks...is this normal???

it's the hormones....I am 9 weeks and I have my central air on 65 every night. No matter what I do I am always hot!

I am almost 31 weeks pregnant and I have been sweating 24/7 since the day I found out.
It's just hormones and body changes. I wouldn't worry about it.

YES! Totally normal. It is your hormones fluctuating all over the place. This happened to me last night and I had to turn the fan on in the room. DH said he was freezing, but he just got another blanket so I could leave the fan on.

Yes! I am usually the cold one, but I sweat so bad at night when I am preggo. I go through a shirt a night

I'm not one to be very warm but starting about a week or two ago I am getting very warm at night. Some nights I feel "swampy".

FH thinks I am crazy. I get hot all of a sudden and have ceiling fans and fans blowing on my face when I sleep. He cant stand it, but is beginning to become a good sport about it with extra blankets. TOTALLY NORMAL!

yup...I am usually cold too, but with the CA on and our fan I'm still hot....hormones are a fabulous thing
