swiffer wet jet... bad for animals??
dh won't let me use the swiffer wet jet because he says it's bad for animals.
is he right?

I have 4 dogs and 4 cats and i will only use this for my floors. nothing bad has happen to them. i use it almost every other day

I use it in my bathrooms once a week. I've never had any problems with the cats.

its got some chemical in the liquid that is dangerous to animals. we use the swiffer part but we mix our own safe cleaner and use that

I asked my vet about this and he told me that it is safe, it was an "urban myth" that it was dangerous, he has never had a case of an animal being poisioned by it and if it was the company would have had to take it off the market as lots of animals would have got sick and they would have been sued. I have been using it for ages and both my cats are fine.
