swimsuit skirts?

what do you really think of them? i've kind of shyed away from them. i think they can look cute on non-preggos but then when i think of wearing one with a tankini top i feel like i'll look like an old lady?? i'm having a real issue finding a bathing suit because I HATE my legs. I've always worn a bikini in the past - also because i felt like 1 pieces made me look shorter if this makes any sense? any thoughts?

i'm getting so frustrated - i've started thinking if there was a way i can drop the 10 extra lbs and not affect the baby :

I got a tankini from Motherhood...the top part is quite long....and covers the bottom--which is a regular bottom. It looks like i have a little sundress on--quite cute in my opinion...have you tried Motherhood Maternity???

I HAte my legs lately too- especially my thighs.
Sometimes the skirts cut your legs in the wrong part making the fit even worse then the original issue @ hand.

I bought a tankini from Target- the 1st time one on there someone must have switched the sizes on the top and bottom b/c they were not fitting right. ( they are not sperates)

I own the 1 in the 1st pic. It is very flattering.

I want to order the one in the 2nd pic( same cut)

I also just got the one int he 3rd pic from Old Navy, it looks cute as well

Look around, you will know what works best.
ETA- Get a cute cover up maybe-- don't worry about the weight gain. Your body is getting ready for your little munchkin. I am finally learning to get used to all of this

You're pregnant - you will look adorable in whatever you get!! I love to see pregnant women in swimsuits!

Fortunately for me (and the public!! ) , I'll have baby just before my first visit to the beach, lol.

I like the skirt suits better than the ones that are cut so low on the legs/ around the top of the legs. They are more comfortable, too.
