swing question -- esp. fisher price
Does the frame of your swing move as the swing part moves? DH just put together the FP Zen Cradle Swing, and Maya is in it and is soo happy! BUT, it seems that the frame is moving as the swing swings... it doesn't seem very sturdy. Are all swings like this? Is this normal? Is there a trick to tightening it? I think everything is as tight as it will go.

the feet are far apart, but they aren't adjustable. The whole frame is swinging side to side, which is making me nervous. The feet don't appear to be moving, just the top part - I guess the arms.

Re: swing question -- esp. fisher price
I have the FP zen swing and sometimes I think it is swayin or something. I have had it since Nov and my son slept in it for months. sometime with the swing on all night! never had a problem. I still put him in it once a day to just chill out, etc
Just make sure it is on flat surface. You can call customer service to see what they say.

Yup, mine does that too, and sometimes makes a clicking noise. It's also more flat than it looks in pics.

DD absolutely loves it! I found the motor to be pretty quiet, and DH tightened everything again, but its still swaying a little... which makes me nervous.
Its on our hardwood floors, so its definitely a flat surface. The feet don't move, just the top part.
