switching cats food
i think im going to switch Miller's food... this will be the 3rd food switch in an 8 month time span... is that really bad?
i originally switched him from purina to wellness & he did NOT do good on wellness... then is switched him to Nutro which i think is giving him an allergy problem so id like to switch him to natural balance
TIA

Re: switching cats food
I think it's fine to switch if you are on the search for the right food! Certainly better to keep switching than to keep him on the wrong food!!
Do you switch gradually? We switched our cats' food a few months ago and gradually mixed it in with the old food. We started by mixing a little bit in...... by the end of the week, half of the food bowl had the new food mixed in...... and by 2 weeks, they were fully transitioned. I heard if you just switch suddenly it could be bad for their tummies!
