Switching Dentists
My job recently changed dental insurance carriers so I have to go to a new dentist, as I can't afford to go out of network.
Do I just make an appt with the new dentist, or do I have to have records sent from the previous office?

go to the new dentist and they will request the records. they may have you fill out a card and sign it saying you are releasing the documents to the new office, but usually the new office handles it
