It hasn't stayed constantly but last week (34 wks) I had some swelling in my fingers, and a few days ago I did.

i'm in week 29 and once in a while my fingers will feel a little swollen but for the most part i've been pretty lucky. when i feel it start i take my rings off right away in case it doesnt go down

My feet swelled up around week 32-34 for my first. My hands didn't swell too much.
From what I understand if your hands or face swell, you should tell your OB so they can test for preeclempsia

FEET: 20 weeks .... and boy were they HUGE. Definitely keep tabs on swelling in hands/face -- that combined w/ high blood pressure & protein in urine could be serious... I had preeclamsyia right before I went into labor.

none yet {knock on wood} - once in a blue moon if I wear heels and walk alot, but that's expected.

For me - about 24 weeks or so. I got a bad sunburn on my legs which caused my feet to swell the first time. They never really went down since then.
