Swollen Lady Parts - Normal?
I'm 33w (with twins) and my lady parts are swollen and puffy. Is this normal? I'm also very sore down there. I realize this is a bit TMI (), but just wondering if I should bring it up to my OB or if this is normal. I don't remember this with my DS at all!!

This is me exactly!!! When I switch sides at night, it's as if my pelvic bone pops, too. Not cool at all.

Re: Swollen Lady Parts - Normal?
OMG this just started for me
Moving in bed is hand down the worst. I feel like ive been kicked in my who-ha and i despise moving/getting up to pee. It started with just that and once i would start walking etc i was fine. Todays i had a somewhat busy day nothing crazy but on my feet doing errands etc. well im at home right now almost i tears. Ive gone online and it has a name. Basically its due to the hormones we produce to loosen everything up, the ligament holding our pelvis together becomes too loose causing pain.
Does anyone know ways to make it manageable? Will it get worse until i give birth?
