Synergy in Massapequa

Does anyone go here?

I was wondering how the kickboxing classes are. Are they really hard? i'm scared.

I have been going there for a while but have never taken a class. I need to get my butt in gear and am hoping not to look like a fool doing it.

I used to go there. I go to another gym now but I used to take the kickboxing classes and I loved them. The first few times were a little difficult. I had to stop and get water or to just catch my breath. You get used to it though and it was a great work out. Plus I couldn't wait to get my protein shake after.
