T-25
Looking for some feedback…
Has anyone done it? I ordered it last night because it's getting too hot to run outside and I feel like I'm becoming unmotivated. I like the fact that it's such an intense workout in such a short period of time but wanted to know if anyone has done it/knows anyone that has done it.

T-25
I completed it a few months ago. I love it!! I lost 4 inches in my waist and about 6 pounds. I eat pretty healthy generally so I didn't restrict myself. If I ate super clean though I'm sure I would have lost more.
I took off a few months and now debating on either starting it again or purchasing piyo, which is beach body's new program. Good luck with it!!

eh. It was ok. It was good for when I was stuck in house and DD2 was napping. But now that it is nice out, I would much rather go for a run (or maybe one day even make it to the gym)
I will definitely use it when I go back to work though!

I did it in January and lost 20 lbs. I'm doing it again now, with a strict diet and already lost 7 more pounds my first week!! I definitely recommend it!

I love it!
It's an intense workout but only 25 minutes long so very doable every day.
I lose just about 10 lbs and a ton of inches. Also gained a lot of muscle mass & have less cellulite.
The best part of it is my Triglycerides went from over 500 to 189! I was just about to go on meds when I started the T-25 program and it worked

Wow that's great! I'm just starting week 2 - I love it so far! Definitely intense but I feel great after I finish it. I feel likeI'm down 2 lbs. so far - I'm going to wait to do my measurements until the end.
