TABATA CHALLENGE: WEEK OF MAY 9
I will kick this one off:
Tabata workout is 4 minutes total.
You do an exercise all out for 20 seconds, then rest 10.
Rinse and repeat for 8 cycles!
Here is this week's exercise:
Burpees on crack
Start standing - jump up, then come down on hands and feet, do a push up.
Jump your feet back into starting position, stand up, then jump, etc....
Got it?
I am about to do mine right now!!!

I am going to start tonight...I may have to modify due to my knee but we will see how it goes.

I didn't get to do it this morning so I will do it tonight - you definitely can modify any which way you want - as long as you are working somehting to failure, then it's doing it's job!!!

I had to modify today because my run was so hard the jumps weren't happening

I did it!!
I'm glad the whole thing is only 4 minutes... I don't know if I could've kept going much longer than that!
