Table Food Ideas
I tried searching for a previous post, but I may not have been using the right words.
Anyway DD is showing less and less interest in baby food. She loves when we give her table food, however she still only has 2 teeth, so I know somethings are still out of the question. I need some ideas for lunch/dinner foods.
Here is what we have given her so far
Yogurt Pancakes/Waffles Pizza (no cheese) Pasta w/ sauce mac n cheese grilled cheese pieces of chicken fingers hamburger/meatballs french fries

Re: Table Food Ideas
how about cut up pieces of vegetables, broccoli, potatoes, carrots, peas - you can always add a dash of salt , butter or broth for flavor.

Re: Table Food Ideas
I always steam or boil them - mostly steam to keep the vitamins in.
Also zucchini, squash is another idea. I steam zucchini or grill it - add a dash of salt and a touch of oil and my daughter loves it!

You can mash it up and use a spoon. I sometimes mix a little into my DD's yogurt.
