TAE BO LADIES!
Which workout is the best?? I want to buy one, but I dont know which one.... thanks! PS, I used to have the tapes when they first came out... do they make those on DVD??

I used to LOVE Tae Bo! The old tapes are GREAT! I haven't seen them on DVD, but I'm sure they'd be available.
I bought a new set a couple of years ago and was totally discouraged....I think I need to start back on the old ones to get some of the moves down. I turned on the new ones all ready to go and couldn't keep up. My coordination was way off!
Needless to say they're collecting dust. 
I think this post motivated me to break out the old tapes! Thank you!
