I read it. I learned many things from it. Mainly, I learned how to understand my body better. I do not plan to use the FAM method for TTC (not until and unless I feel I need to), but it is informative regardless.

i really loved how it taught me sooo much about my own body and its natural signs...

i swear...for a few months i would pick it up...read a few pages and put it down
but i couldn't put it down today..
A LOT of great info ...

It really is the best book I've ever read regarding our bodies, our cycles, and how it all works.. Even if I had not been TTC when I first bought it, I feel that the book is a "must read" for every woman!
It helped me more than any book I ever read on the topic.. I remember thinking that it took me until 30something years old to finally get an education on my body !!

This book is amazing!
This is SO embarrassing but I never knoew the importance of EWCM until I started coming to this board.
WEll, I bought the book TCOYF nased on recommendations here.
After reading this book I realized all of these times I thought I had yeast infections a couple of years ago ( buying Monistat and everything)
it was nothing more then EWCM.
So here I was, treating myself for yeat infections when really I was just fertile Myrtle.
This was my lightbulb moment after recently reading TCOYF.
ETA- not meant to hijack thread- just wanted to point out how informative and useful that book is

Glad I was able to help ya 
I felt the same way - I would read a page then put it down. Then all of a sudden, I couldn't put it down. It is amazing - the things that you learn about yourself and no one ever taught us that in school

This is an excellent book and I think a must-read for ALL women, whether TTCing or not. It is amazing how much we DON'T know about our bodies.
I got my first copy the day I got my first BFP. I gave it away to someone on here the same day. Then I had a mis and bought it all over again. And realized I should have read it in my teens...

I love, love, love this book! I bought it before TTC just because I thought it was interesting. I had endometriosis and had been told I would have a difficult time conceiving, so I decided to chart as soon as I went off the pill just to see what was going on with my body. Well, I got pregnant my first month off the pill. I couldn't believe it. I leant the book to a friend who is in her late 30's and was worried about TTC. Well, she read the book, charted and got pregnant her first month of trying also! We call it the good luck charm!
