Greek would be great. But, anything really. It's been a long time since I've been in Astoria.

Something ethnic would be good. My kids eat pretty much everything. I'd rather stay away from a chain type retsaurant, but still stay kid friendly. How about chinese along main street??? Any suggestions??

I was thinking the same thing.
Would the Parkside be too fancy? Right over there.

I just asked DH who used to live in Flushing. he doesn't know the name of anything (a lot of help, I know), but he said there's a good Korean place across the street from the school on Northern Blvd. and its next to a korean butcher.

I forgot all about Parkside. I haven't been there in years.

They are still very yummy. And the location would be perfect for you, if they are open. Otherwise nothing I personally would recommend in that general area.

You just made my husband's night. At first he wasn't completely on board with driving to queens tomorrow, but suddenly its sounding better to him.
