I say go it may take some of the fustration and emotions out of your system. The worst thing that happens is you go home!Chat Icon

I would say go. It will probably make you feel better and take away some stress. Chat Icon

I try to remember that when I don't want to go. For me, the hardest part is getting off my butt - once I get there, I am totally into it! Also remember, in the time you are thinking about it - you could have been there and back already!

Can you mix up your routine a little to maybe motivate you more? Maybe treat yourself to a new magazine when you do your cardio or something??

A recovery week is sometimes the best thing to do. You will want to go back next week...give yourself a mental and physical break!!Chat Icon

I'm so sorry. Chat Icon

Why don't you do something different then the gym. Run or walk your dog. Try to change it up a little bit so you are still exercising.

Once you go back to school it's a whole new routine again! Chat Icon
