Talk about bad mommy moments
This may top them all. DH made chili for dinner tonight. What beverage goes better with chili than beer, right? So, I finished my dinner, have most of my beer left on the end table next to me, and am holding DD, who had just fallen asleep in my arms.
I go to take a sip of the beer (I thought it was almost empty - NOT), and somehow managed to spill it on DD's HEAD! Generally speaking, I'm a klutz, but seriously, not even half a drink, and I re-christen the poor baby! She got mildly flustered, flailed her arms for 10 seconds or so, and fell back asleep.
Guess who's getting a head-wash first thing in the a.m.?

You just reminded me that I used to condition my hair with stale beer in high school (which my mother always made me pay for - I couldn't just get one out of the fridge!).
