Talk to me about pie crust
With the holidays coming up soon, I am thinking about making homemade pie crust. I have always bought the frozen ones, except for one time, and it jsut wasn't very good.
Any good recipes, or just general tips on how to make them correctly?

Use Martha Stewarts Pate Brisee...
I use it for all of my pies...I only make fresh pie crust and they are delicious.

You can't buy it...you make it from scratch! 
It's easy ... you can find the recipe on her website and it's in alot of her cookbooks as well.
