I ordered a phone case and they sent me the wrong one. I went to my order online and just clicked that I received the wrong item and they already sent out a replacement.
Have they always done that? They said I don't need to return the one I received.

All the time. I have so many problems getting things shipped from them. Things come damaged, missing. But they always send a replace or refund immediately no questions asked if so that's great...

I think if it’s not worth the cost for them to ship it back, they just tell you to keep it. I had that happen with a pair of leggings for my daughter. But other items they have asked me to ship back.

OMG, I had a crazy experience with the online ordering a few months ago. I ordered a light fixture that needed to be hardwired. They sent me the same one, but it wasn't for hardwire, it had to be plugged in. I called, they shipped the correct one to the store, told me to bring the old and exchange it. I did, I get home and it's the plug in one again. I call again- they ship me the new one and tell me to keep the old one. I get the new one, it's the plug in one AGAIN. I called- I said- forget it, I don't want to go through this again, refund me and give me shipping labels to send back. They say Keep it, here's your money back. So, now I have TWO plug in light fixtures and my money back! I sold them on FB and made $30 LOL

I got a big $200 toy at Christmas time with a small piece of damage. I did online chat and sent them a photo. They sent me a replacement no problem. I gave the damaged one away as you could honestly still use it with a piece of tape. So I was happy and I paid it forward.
They’ve been great with shopping and stuff during this pandemic too. Everything comes as promised unlike other places that take your money and don’t fulfill.
