Target delivery rant
OK so I just look on my porch and there is a box. I take it in and here all sorts of glass clanking. I open it and there is my trifle bowl set that my brother sent me fpr christmas and it's in little pieces. Glass all over DO you think they'll let me return this without a receipt. I should probably call, I'm so PO'd!

Call, but be prepared for a fight. I unfortunately have never had a good C/S experience with Target.

your brother has to print something online - then you can return it
or I think you can return 3 things per year with out a recipet

Thanks ladies, I was prepared for a fight because I also have not had the best custumer service there. Luckily, this one seems to have worked out. I called, explained the problem and they are shipping out a new one, no problem The best part is she said to just disgard the broken one, and only 2 of the serving bowls are broken, so now I'll have 2 big trifle bowls and 7 serving bowls. Hopefully now the new one will arrive in one piece
