I think it depends on your style. I can never find anything at Kohls. Once in a while I do see something cute at Target, but I feel like prices aren't as good as they used to be.
I say if you have a 30% off then go to Kohls and if not then head to Target. I like to collect the coupons I get like Express, NY and Co and Annie Sez and try those.

I find in both.
But i really hate fall clothes and styles so I try to avoid anything like that!
But for summer stuff- both!
So I am assuming both would have a good selection.

I never like anything in Kohls. Target is hit or miss, but I am more likely to find something there and I think the quality is better.

I'd just go to both. I rarely shop at Kohl's but I went on a whim over the weekend and ended up getting about $300 worth of stuff for $76.00 between coupons and sales.
I feel like Target is hit or miss these days too, and like another poster mentioned, frequently overpriced. I can always find something at Kohl's, even if it's not what I initially went in there for (got a great fall bag this weekend  ).
Although the same can be said about Target. They have great marketing.

Both, but Target's prices keep creeping up. They do have a lot of good coupons on the Cartwheel app this week though.
