Target returns..
I have something to return with no reciept.
Should I even try? I'm pretty sure they no longer accept returns without reciepts. Does anyone know for sure?
It was only around $20 but I am never going to use it.

Please note that all returns to Target must include either the original receipt or a Gift Receipt. If you do not have the original receipt, Team Members may be able to locate the original receipt information if you purchased the item with a credit or debit card and if you present this card at time of return.

i was told yesterday that you're allowed 2 returns a year without a receipt at $20 or less. i haven't tried it though.

IF you bought it on a credit card, they can look it up.

I return stuff ALL THE TIME without receipt and as long as they can find it on the credit card, I've never had an issue.

I returned something there last week that I got from my baby shower...without a receipt...they told me that I can't return there w/o receipt for ONE YEAR...(but she winked and said, but your husband or friend can)
I got a store credit of course.

They took it back. They wanted to look it up on my C.C., but I don't have that debit account anymore. So, they just took it back and gave me a credit for the full price because it wsn't on sale...
