Target returns without a receipt
I have a pair of shoes that I didn't wear that I want to return. I cannot find the receipt. I put it on my Target card. Are they going to offer me the lowest price or will they find the purchase on my credit card?

Target returns without a receipt
If its within 90 days (possibly 120 with target card) they will find it on your card and give you what you paid for.

This just happened today- I wanted to exchange a school bag i got for my little guy cuz somehow it ripped. Of course I had cut the tags and threw out the receipt- I used my master card to buy it about a month ago. They swiped the card and found the purchase. I'm sure they will be able to find it on your target card

All Targets must not be equal.
I have tried returning items that were purchased on my credit card and they issued me store credit. They also have some low limit ($75 I think) total per year.
I am a bit annoyed with the return policy since I go to target at least once a week and spend hundreds of dollars usually each time we go there.

I think it's 90 days on any cc. If they can't find it on the cc or its past 90 days they give a credit. You can only return $100 of stuff per year this way.

I'm not sure of the amount. I think it's 75$ with of returns if you don't have a receipt over the course of a year. they ask for your license when you do returns without receipt and that's how they keep track. You can have your hubby or mom etc do returns if you've reached the limit. This happened to us with our little guys bday presents
I think I didn't have a prob today because the school bag I bought was purchased less than a month ago and I exchanged it for something- I wound up paying 2bucks more because the new bag was more money but whatever

This is great. I always remember it not being easy to return here, but I should be fine since I used Target card and purchase made about 30 days ago. Thanks!

If you bought it on target card then they can just look it up that way. If not then they will give you the lowest sale price for store credit up to a certain limit ( I think its $60?)

You have 120 days to return an item if you paid with their card- receipt or not.
They won't give you any problems, because you paid with their card.
And there is no limit on returns if you pay with Target credit card. - my sister is a menager in one and that's what she said.

It's $75 without a receipt per calendar year. I wish it was more
