I order three pairs of shoes from Target that I needed for my rehearsal dinner and honeymoon (in 2 weeks). I just checked to see if they were shipped and they are not going to be shipped until May 23rd!! Ugh - why couldn't they say that they were backordered before I placed the order. Now I had to cancel the order and I can't find anything else similar with spending so much money!

I had the same problem getting my holiday gift for NYCares. It said 2-3 day delivery; I checked it 3 days later and it was moved to over a month.
Even though on the website it told me I could not cancel, I contacted them and they cancelled part of the order that was delayed. While I was mad the order was delayed without them telling me, once I did contact them they were very helpful when cancelling even though it was 'against policy'.

That is ridiculous! I would call and b!tch up a storm! Tell them to find them at a store and ship it to you ASAP if those are the ones you really want!

I already called them and only one pair is available at the store and it the one that I didn't really need. They cancelled the order for me and now I have to go on a shoe hunt!
