Tattoo cover up

I have a tatto I want covered up in a sense....I want the same general idea, just more detailed. The one I have is to "kiddy" looking..the artist used a lot of baby pink, baby blue and the drawing is "bubbly". Does anyone know of a good artist in nassau that isn't too expensive and is good?

Ohhh I have tattoo camo (wrong shades for me) that I'm trying to get rid of.
