I don't have any specific ideas for you but I know for myself I am getting a Hawaiian flower to represent DS b/c that's where he was conceived

I took hand prints of DD and I plan on having them put on the left side of my back.

Just keep in mind that you may need to add more names in the future, so think of a design/pattern/motif that can be easily expanded.

I probably will never get it but I love butterflies as does Emily, so I would love to get a butterfly with her name hidden in the pattern of the wings somewhere.

Ds name means "Little King" so I plan to do some sorta crown or something...
I like the handprint/footprint idea as well
