tax question...
my DH claims me since i am currently not working but im curious is our ING account a tax write-off? I got an email about them sending me tax forms also are my student loans a tax write off?? im clueless when it comes to this stuff

Your ING account earned interest. Earned interest is taxed as income The forms they sent you are for you to declare the income.
I can't speak about the student loans. I paid mine off back in 1995 and I'm sure the rules on them have changed.

You get credit towards the interest you paid on your student loans. You should have gotten a tax form from them. I didnt so I went online and the info was on their site ( I have sallie mae)
