Taxes Due?
We chose NOT to roll our taxes into our mortgage, and we paid 1/2 at closing in April
I know the taxes are due in Dec/Jan
ANyone know a more specific date and how long we have to pay them (ie our Mortgage is due the 1st of every month, but technically we have until the 15th to pay it)

we opted for a no tax escrow as well. i know they are due 2x times a year, the next being on or about december. i plan to call the town in the next couple of weeks to find out the deadline date and money owed.
