Where are these places in relation to nicolls road?

Old Nichols? Or Nicolls? Ralph's is probably 2 miles from Old Nichols. I can't picture where TCBY is.
I think it would be more like 4-5 miles from Nicolls.

The only TCBY on Portion Rd that I know of is west of Nichols Rd and east of Patchogue Holbrook Rd. A little east of the Waldbaums shopping center on the opposite side of the Rd.

Where's the new house? If you are near Portion, Portion has EVERYTHING.
I agree - I used to live right off Patchogue Holbrook Rd and wend to Portion Rd for literally EVERYTHING!
Ralph's and TCBY are maybe a mile away from each other.
TCBY is right by Waldbaums and Ralph's is further West near McDonalds.

Take Holbrook Rd. to Portion, make a right- TCBY is like 1000 feet on your left. Ralphs is farthur west- past Stop and Shop, kind of accross from Burger King.
I am the queen of that area, ask me anything.
eta- the dry cleaners in the strip mall past Burger King- XXX Cleaners- best ever.

I love XXX cleaners too, the guy that runs it is so nice. The Ralphs is right next door to the Ronkonkoma firehouse, and if memory serves me there is one more east on Portion maybe almost near Farmingville. We sometimes go to the one on Smithtown Blvd in Nesconset

Thanks everyone, we are living in centereach right by nicolls rd, so portion rd is very close. I know there's also a ralph's in stony brook that is not far, but the only other tcby I know if is in st. james, and i don't want to go that far!

He is the NICEST!
My parents have this big hibuscus tree that he keeps for the winter. So sweet.
Ther eis another Ralph's on Portion- in Farmingville, past the whale of a car wash.
Theres also an Italian Ice PLace on Middle Country- not sure exactly, but I think somewhere down by Utopia. I think.
