Teacher cancelled second meeting

I'm so annoyed. My DH teacher cancelled our first meeting because she had to attend a funeral. We were supposed to meet today, DH and I showed up only to find out that she had left for the day. Apparently her own child was sick so she had to go pick up. I am very understanding if that, but a phone call or email would have been nice. My DH had to take time off work for nothing. He already told me he's not going the next time. He just can't keep taking off from work.

That is annoying. I fully understand why she left but she should have either called you or asked the school secretary to place a call. Your time is as valuable as hers. Sorry this happened...I hope she sends you an email apology later
