Tech-savvy people... help me troubleshoot!

OK, so I have been having problems using the bulk uploader for pictures on both Facebook and Snapfish. I'm using Google Chrome and it just won't work for me. I end up having to upload 5 pics at a time which is making me crazy. When I try to use the bulk uploader, I get an error message that says:

"The following plug-in is unresponsive: Unknown
Would you like to stop it?"

Then when I close out the window, it tells me the error was with Shockwave Flash.

I just tried to use the uploading tools with my old Internet Explorer and it works. This is all on the same computer. Any ideas as to what is wrong? It has me I'm sure it has to do with some flash player, but I am not technological enough to know what to do to fix it.

I found this thread that has a workaround.

Apparently it has to do with the Flash plug in for Chrome.
