Teething-- Refusing the spoon?
DD is 7 months and has always hated the spoon for cereal/fruits/veggies. She had started to get a little better, but the last 2 days or so, it's a fight to just get her to open her mouth (she seems to enjoy the food and swallows it quickly, but hates the spoon).
She seems to be teething I think (top teeth, she already has the bottom two)...could this be part of the extra struggle with the spoon? If so, what can I do about it? I always try to be extra-gentle w/the spoon b/c she hates it so much, so I don't know what else to do.

Do you use the Gerber soft bite spoons?
Those ones DS seems to take to more.

Yes, those are the only ones we've tried. Maybe I'll try something else just to see.
